These are the general terms and conditions of Savour select. We are registered as a company at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under CoC number 71445986.
You can reach us via email at email@example.com on business days between 10:00 and 18:00. When you place an order at www.savourselect.com you agree to our terms and conditions.
Registration is needed to order a product. Savour select respects personal and confidential information and will not share your data with third parties.
Delivery and shipping
All our products are shipped using PostNL, DHL and DPD.
We ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.
Shipping costs in the Benelux: € 5,95
Shipping costs in other EU countries: € 15
Shipping within the Netherlands: Delivery within 24 hours.
Shipping within Europe: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
The orders are dispatched from Monday to Saturday.
If you have any questions about shipping or if you have not received an order for any reason, please contact us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and you will receive a reply within 24 hours.
Prices and payment options
All our prices include taxes and we offer free shipping worldwide. We accept the following payment options for our orders:
– Credit card
– Klarna pay in  days: The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. You can find the complete terms and conditions for the markets where this payment method is available here: Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Austria and the Netherlands.
– Klarna slice it: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly instalments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. Further information regarding Slice It including terms and conditions and Standard European Consumer Credit Information you can find here for the markets where this payment method is available: Austria, the United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.
Exchange and return
Savour select gives you the possibility to return or exchange the product within 14 days after receiving your order.
The shipping costs and risks of returning are at the expense of the buyer. You can decide for yourself whether you want to send this by normal mail or with track and trace. Register the articles. Fill in the return form that came with your order.
Clearly state the following information:
- The order number
- Name and address details
- The reason for the exchange / return (optional)
You can then return the article by post to: Savour select, Rozenstraat 48, 9421 RR Bovensmilde, The Netherlands
There are a number of conditions attached to the exchange or return. The product may only be unpacked and used to the extent necessary to determine if you are satisfied with your purchase. If we find that the product has been used, it is not possible to refund the costs or exchange the product for another item.
Savour select is not liable for damage caused directly or indirectly by the buyer to third party property.
Dutch law applies to these general terms and conditions and to the agreement between us. You agree to indemnify Savour select against all costs, claims and damages including attorney fees, arising from your use of our products.
